Moondance

Moondance Jim Howlett has been providing Jazz music at the Garden Party for over 20 years. A regular face in the Maui theatre community Jim has been the House Manager for hundreds of productions. For years he provided "Jim's Popcorn" to attendees of youth and community theatre around Maui.

We are so honored that Jim continues to play for us at the Garden Party. Make sure to stop by and say "hi" to Jim at the event.

Kathryn Holtkamp

Kathryn is an actress and singer from New Mexico who has now made her home base on the beautiful island of Maui. She prides herself in her ability to shift between any number of musical and theatrical styles. Her vocal talents range from classical soprano, to sultry jazz, to rock, pop, Balkan, Middle Eastern, and classic and contemporary musical theatre.

Kathryn studied at the College of Santa Fe for musical theatre before moving to New York City where she attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA). She then went on to earn her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from The New School. Some of her favorite credits include: Lucy (Jekyll & Hyde), CATS (Grizabella), Evita (Peron's Mistress), and Urinetown (Hope Cladwell).

Eric Gilliom

Eric Gilliom is an award-winning musician and entertainer whose multi-hyphenate talents have taken him from his roots in Hawaii to performing live on the stages of Broadway, the Grammy Awards and into the mainstream through his various concerts and appearances in films and television.

He is currently the lead singer of Mick Fleetwood’s Island Rumours Band, based on the island of Maui. As a native Hawaiian singer, songwriter, and musician, he’s won the Hoku Award (Hawaiian Grammy) for Best Album with his partner Willie K as ‘The Barefoot Natives.’

Amy Hānaiali'i

Amy Haniali'i has garnered 18 Nā Hōkū Hanohano awards and 5 Grammy® nominations. She is Hawai'i's top-selling female vocalist of all time and well-known around the world as the "Ambassador of Hawaiian Music."

Her range of multiple Nā Hōkū Hanohano wins, showcases her varied musical depth over the years prevailing in the following categories: Female Vocalist of the Year, Hawaiian Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Group of the Year, Christmas Album of the Year, Contemporary Album of the Year, and many others.

The Yokouchi Family Estate features lush grounds and traditional 20th-century architecture by prominent arhitect Charles William Dickey – making the estate one of Maui’s finest outdoor venues tucked away in the heart of Wailuku.
